Tara is the director of music at FBC Crossnore. She is responsible for directing the choir as well as leading music for the congregation. She is a native of Avery County and received both her undergraduate degree and masters in music education from ASU. She also teaches chorus at Avery High School and Avery Middle School.

 

Tara says that worshipping the Lord through music is truly a joy. Songs taken straight from Scripture and filled with God’s promises are her favorite kind. She is married to Sherman Andrews and they have two sons, Lucas and Levi.
